Sensors
The Si7005 is a digital relative humidity and temperature sensor from Silicon Labs. It integrates fully factory-calibrated humidity and temperature sensor elements with an analog to digital converter, signal processing and an I2C host interface in a single monolithic CMOS sensor IC. This breadboard friendly breakout board is designed to make your prototype project with the Si7005 sensor much easier.
Easy Pulse sensor is designed for hobby and educational applications to illustrate the principle of photoplethysmography (PPG) as a non-invasive optical technique for detecting cardio-vascular pulse wave from a fingertip. The sensor provides analog PPG output as well as digital pulse output which is synchronous with the heart beat.
Displays
7-segment LED displays are fun way of displaying numeric sensor readings in Arduino or any other microcontroller-based projects. The downside is they are resource hungry and requires lots of I/O pins and CPU time for continuously displaying the readings. This MAX7219 based display module consists of eight 7-segment LED displays and allows you an easy control of every LED segments using only 3 I/O pins of your MCU. It is available in Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow LED color.
This is also a MAX7219-driven 7-segment LED display with eight digits but are arranged in two rows. The double row arrangement of 4-digit displays is useful in projects where two variable values are to be displayed simultaneously, such as displaying temperature and humidity, or current and voltage, etc. It is available in Red, Blue, and Yellow LED color.
Easy Matrix is a cascadable 8×8 LED matrix module with the MAX7219 chip on board, which allows to control the display with only 3 I/O pins from microcontroller. Multiple Easy Matrix modules can be easily cascaded to make a bigger-size display through precisely aligned male and female headers on opposite sides of the display.
Development Boards
Basic Experimenter Board ia a general purpose develoment tool that will not only reduce the prototyping time for your next project but also free up plenty of space on the breadboard. It features regulated 3.3V and 5.0V power supply on board along with four output LEDs, four input tact switches, one output buzzer with driver circuit, a potentiometer for simulating analog input, and a 480-point breadboard for rapidly prototyping and testing your electronic circuits.
The 12F series of PIC microcontrollers are handy little 8-pin devices designed for small embedded applications that do not require too many I/O resources, and where small size is advantageous. This development board allows you easy and rapid prototyping of standalone applications using PIC12F microcontrollers.
